Terms & Conditions of Trade
These Terms & Conditions of Trade apply to all works, services, quotations, invoices and credit arrangements provided by Tunnel Vision.
By accepting a quotation, instructing works to proceed, making payment, requesting services or allowing works to commence, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Scope of Works
- Due to the nature of drainage and underground infrastructure works, concealed conditions may exist that cannot reasonably be identified during an initial inspection.
- The Client acknowledges and accepts that not all defects or issues may be identified during an initial inspection, and additional defects may become apparent during cleaning, preparation, excavation or relining works.
- Additional works may be treated as a Variation and charged accordingly.
Risk and Suitabilities
CCTV Inspection Limitations:
CCTV inspections are limited to visible pipe conditions at the time of inspection and may not identify concealed defects, intermittent issues or inaccessible sections.
Drain Cleaning & High-Pressure Jetting:
High-pressure jetting involves inherent risks, and aged or deteriorated pipes may fail during cleaning.
Pipe Relining:
Pipe relining works are subject to suitability of the existing pipe infrastructure.
Payment Terms & Recovery Costs:
The Client shall be liable for all recovery costs incurred by the Company including legal fees on a solicitor/client basis.
Limitation of Liability:
The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss including business interruption, loss of profit or tenant claims.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
