Tunnel Vision is proud to be the 2026 SCA (WA) Strata Services Business Award Runner Up, announced at the CHU SCA (WA) 2026 Strata Community Excellence Awards. It was a highlight of our time at the BCB SCA (WA) 2026 Annual Conference, where we also exhibited and sponsored the Strata Community Manager Rising Star Award.
We’ve been a member and sponsor of Strata Community Association (WA) since 2015, so recognition from the strata community carries real weight for our team.
The conference was held on Friday 16 October at Pan Pacific Perth, bringing together the people behind WA’s strata buildings.
Our team exhibited at Stand 6, where the Tunnel Vision Lounge gave visitors a place to grab a coffee, have a chat and learn more about our services. Events like this are a valuable chance to speak with strata managers about long-term planning for their buildings’ drainage infrastructure.
We were named a finalist in the Strata Services Business category of the CHU SCA (WA) 2026 Strata Community Excellence Awards. On the evening of the conference, we were announced as runner up.
This category has a history for us. We won the Strata Services Business Award in 2022 and were runner up in 2023, and being recognised in the same category again is a credit to our team’s work across Perth’s strata properties.
We were also proud to sponsor the Strata Community Manager Rising Star Award this year, an award we’ve supported in previous years too. This award resonates with our company philosophy of encouraging new talent and working to encourage growth and development in all industries. Sponsoring the awards is part of our long-running partnership with SCA (WA), which helps us share the value of long-term planning with strata managers and professionals across WA.
Our team works with strata and property managers across Perth to keep shared drainage infrastructure in reliable condition, with minimal disruption to residents. We launched a new Strata Drainage Health Check package for all strata managers to present to their Council of Owners with a fixed price based on the length of main drains inspected and a report that assists them with their 10 yr maintenance plan.
