Last night I had a phone call from the tenant in Unit 26 where Timothy had reconnect the gas stove and the sink. She was very impressed with his whole de-meaner she said he was so helpful, and vacuumed the cupboards out…she has been through such stressful time and it was lovely having someone like Timothy coming in. I would like also to take the time to say a very big thank you to Steve he is always there on hand to ask for advice or help. Also Phil, who is lovely on the phone, always ready to help.
