  When you call we gather as much information from you about the issue so that we can then attend on your behalf. Just advise our metropolitan plumbing professionals of any special conditions and we can make sure our team follows your every need.

  Contact your client

  We then contact your client to advise them that we are attending on your behalf and give them an estimated time of arrival, letting them know that we will send them an automated text when on our way advising our technicians name and number or a phone call to say we will be arriving soon.

  Attend site

  We then attend the plumbing job site and investigate your client's issue, making sure to take plenty of pictures and record the internal condition of the drain for your reference. Any further work that we find that needs to be done is collated and written up on your invoice and at the end of the job we contact you to let you know how it went, making sure you are fully equipped to let your client know at any time how the job is proceeding.

  A solution or resolution

  At the end of the job we will provide you with a solution for your client's issue, which may be having you go back and attend to replacing the drain. If the area is not able to be dug up then we would quote directly to you a solution. This could be either pipe relining or foaming the drains with a root inhibitorRoot X). Both these solutions can then be passed back to your client all without you having to attend the site. And as before, we work for YOU, and the client always remains YOURS.
